Payment Information
For secure online purchases, Fani Song Jewelry currently accepts Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to make payment through Paypal. There is a section for credit card payments, that processes your orders securely and safely without signing up for a paypal account.

Shipping and Handling
All pieces will arrive in complimentary gift box and shipped in a small padded envelope. I carefully wrap each piece so that it won't be damaged in the mail.
If you are sending your piece as a gift, please notify us, and we will include special gift wrap and a card with your sentiment... at NO extra cost & we will omit the receipt.
For orders within the Canada & United States:
Currently most of our orders are shipped via Canada Post for flat shipping rate $5.95. However if another shipping method is preferred please send me an email and we will adjust shipping costs accordingly. All non-custom items are shipped within 2-3 days upon payment receipt. Any custom or adjusted orders will be shipped within 2 weeks unless I've been been over-run with orders or I have to order in special materials, in which case we would be in contact over the lead time needed.

For orders outside Canada and United States:
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95 by Canada Post for orders outside Canada and United States. You may request a shipping quote by e-mailing info@fanisong.com.
Return Policy
We have hassle free return policy. Items purchased through Fani Song Jewelry, with the exception of special orders, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. We understand that there may be exceptions for gifts. All custom orders cannot be returned.
Items must be shipped in to us in the original packaging materials, in pristine and unworn conditions, and prepaid insured mail. Unless we shipped an item that you did not order or you are returning an item because it was defective, you are responsible for the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. Gift recepients will receive a gift certificate. You will be credited for the price or the artworks. Fani Song Jewelry does not give credit for shipping and handling costs, unless it was notices. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
